I urge you to vote for Legislator Dave Denenberg on Tuesday, November 8, 2011.  We need to re-elect Dave to the Nassau County Legislature. 

Dave is committed to open and accessible government.   Legislator Denenberg is the only legislator to maintain a district office, doing so at his own expense. He also hosts bimonthly public meetings (more than 390 to date) on any and all issues of interest. Legislator Denenberg goes to each railroad station in his district at least once a month to promote his meetings and visits almost every home in his district at least once each term. Unlike many other officials who only appear  just before an election, Dave is actively involved in our community every day. 

Dave secured record funding for numerous revitalization projects in Bellmore, Merrick, Freeport, Wantagh and Seaford.  Dave ensured that every county road in his district was repaved within the last 10 years. He also secured increased funding for our community based youth programs, anti-gang programs, wellness council, PTAs, schools and sports leagues. 

Dave led numerous civic fights against gas station spills, cell towers, code violations, and substandard subdivisions.  Dave fought against a proposed White Castle in Bellmore and a strip club in Wantagh.  He is an independent democrat who fights for you. 

Nobody in government works harder than Dave Denenberg.  Please join me in voting to re-elect Dave on Tuesday, November 8. Thank you.
